Dear WIN friends:

It is with great sadness that we inform you that WIN is out of business. With the current economic factors and the lack of market acceptance to our product, we as a leadership team feel that it is in the best interests of you as a field and WIN as a company to close our doors.

Our CEO John Carper resigned Tuesday and was a major driving force behind how the company has grown technologically and structurally. Bob, Thurl, and Rob wish to publicly thank him for his leadership and time as he focuses on his former and future business.

This is a difficult decision and one that we as a ownership team do not take lightly. NO credit cards will be charged the monthly fee as of April 1st, 2011.

For those of you who wish to continue with the product, Bob Cosgrove has graciously agreed to move any who wish to his system as we will be taking down the websites. Please contact Bob at: 435-720-3177. He will be doing this for those who wish to continue with the product at no charge either monthly or otherwise.

We appreciate each of you and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
